How times flies, i am entering into the 1st month of my new job and sad to say this is not the right job for me. Just as mentioned in the title of this post, i am at my wits end, i can't make up my mind whether to leave or to stay on. I dread coming to work every morning and I hoped the clock strikes 6pm when I first stepped into the office every morning as the war begins from here. According to my understanding, none of the colleagues enjoyed working here, it's just a matter of time that they will all leave. My new boss is a slave driver and so does his wife whose worse than him. The couple are totally an incorrigible creature and they should be nominated to the star award for the best male and female lead actor and actress. Why? Let me elaborate, they liked to quarrel in the office, pointing fingers at each other and saying that how they had helped and supported each other to own his or hers success today. The male likes to scream and shout at everyone whenever his in a bad mood and the female likes to stir up a big hoo-ha over small little minor things. How's that? Still not enough?? Alright, now let me give you a clearer picture on how and what they do in the office always.
Male: scream and shout at everyone almost every morning then called for nonsense meetings with no agenda but just to brag and scold people. You can also expect flying spectacles or other objects in the midst of the meeting. How ironic yea?? The first time ever in my life that i came across such boss. Those foreign workers weren't exempted too, I heard the boss had once slapped an Indian worker right in front of everybody in the office. If that is still not enough, I bet u will agree with me after this; on my second day of work, he called for another stupid meeting again. This time wise is to intro some of his key men to me and during the meeting he grabbed every single chance to bad mouth bout my ex-boss and how my previous company had mistreated me. OMFG!!! I quickly clarified with the colleagues that there aren't such thing and indeed my previous company has treated quite well. The next ridiculous thing was he went round telling everybody how much my salary is, and I was like; ain't it supposed to be private and confidential? sigh sigh sigh.... why does such person exist in this world????
Female: telling tales behind people's back, everyday worried about workers coming to get extra uniform, safety shoes and etc. During her free time, she likes to go around standing beside her staff and watch them doing their work and also inserting her zero cents worth advise. She is those type of typical house-wife and illiterate but likes to act like super business woman whom knows everything. Sigh.....tell me how to carry on in such environment?
I seriously am not exaggerating about it, I am stating the truth and the fact. Tell me....can someone throw me some lights and lead me to the door???
