Oh my my my.....received a phone call from my mom last late noon with the news that Leven is running high temperature!!! it was then 4.35pm when my cell phone buzzed and i kinda busy calling up all the clinic at my mom's place hoping to one that is still operating but ....... to no avail.
decided to ring hubby to check if he has finished his work and if he could go over to access the situation first but instead he was still in town. He decided to fetch me from my work place and headed back to see baby together, we arrived at mom's place around 6 o'clock and Leven's forehead and body was so duper hot. Hence, we decided to feed him some fever medicine. However, it wasn;t an easy task, hubby gotta forced the medicine down baby thoart and baby was crying like hell...... Seconds later,Leven threw up all his undigested lunch and medicine on me!!!! OMG!!!! Nothing i can do but to let him threw up whatever need to be threw...sigh.... He was super cranky when unwell, waited until 6:45pm rang up the clinic again and finally brought him for consultation.
Doctor: super ho tan lor!!!!
do you notice that DR nowadays seldom give committed ans when asked?
Example for yesterday's visit:
DR : so wat can i do for u?
ME : baby is running high temperature
DR : check baby's lung, ear, thoart and temperature - OMG!!!! 38 degree
ME : huh? so wat lead to this?
DR : from previous record it seems that ur baby has the tendency of high fever.....blah blah...
ME : look at his legs, many mosquitoes bites...dengue?
DR : hmm....finger crossed, CCK does not have any dengue case and hit rate not very high!!
ME : So?
DR : monitor....must monitor him for 3 days and make sure he complete the whole course of antibiotic....then c how
ME : damn buay song with no answer to my question but bo bian lor since he's licensed ma...
Anyhow, baby was on high temperature throughout the whole nite and just called to find out from mom that fever has subsided abit. I guess tonight gonna be another sleepless nite, woke up every hour to check and also baby super cranky and needed more attention!!!!!
