MIA for afew days cos kinda bz with life and have not much constructive things to blog about. Well, fresh start today and erm.....wat shd i blog about?????????

i'm sure most of u out there shd be awared of the City View (private designed, developed and build) flat that are selling like hotcakes...haha... hilarious leh.. already mentioned selling like hotcake but still got balance flats for walk in selection. Anyway, since it is walking distance from my work place so this afternoon my 2 colleagus and i went over for the demo unit viewing.
When we first stepped in the first thing i did is to see the $$$ of the flats and woah....
Basically there is only 3 blocks of flats consisting of 3RM, 4RM and 5RM, all the 3RM are fully taken up so left only the 4 and 5RM on the lower floor. hmm.... the 4RM flat is only 97sq m and 5RM is 112 sq m. wah sey... small sia... and guess wat's next? the ground floor units for the 5RM is going for SGD545,000.00 min...**faint..
Talk about the location, no doubt is gd lar...very centralized and convenient. But the price kills and since we are already there so of course must check out their demo unit. The layout is also swee or i shd say si beh swee lor.. Condo layout with passageway to all the rooms. Fully air-conditioned, proximity card reader door lock, built in wardrode, kitchen cabinet + solid surface work top + cooker and hob, shower screen, shower slab, balcony planter and bay window (my fav) but wah sei... 500K for a ground floor HDB flat leh...wat do u think?
My ah lau say: siao arh..... u brain bo ho sei arh.... that kinda price for HDB flat...ya la.. true enough with that kinda dollar i can easily get a EM in CCK with bigger floor area and still got choon even if i wanna renovate the whole house like the demo unit...
Now the time is 4:01pm and my head is spinning like siao...donno y leh??????
