so many months blogging of my personal life and rubbish thing, this entry shall be the most hilarious and fulfilling one.
In april 07 there is this XXX lady who joined my company holding a managerial position has been terminated with immediate notice on Monday, 3rd March 2008.
Erm.... perhaps you all may think that this is a norm in the corporate world nowaday and yeah being terminated is indeed not a big deal and it's not end of the world. But, for this XXX lady it seems to be a little bit out of hand. She's a bit extravagent i would say, after receiving her notice she goes round telling all our colleagues a different version of her reason for leaving. For instant, myself, she told me she has already tendered her resignation 2 months ago and the top management asked her not to reveal to us. Version 2 to another colleague is "company winding up soon" she's afraid that she will not be able to get her salary. haa... Version 3, she was being head hunted by an audit firm inviting her to join as FC and blah blah blah....
Wa lau eh, earlier on when my colleagues and i were again gossiping on her then i realised that there is so many different version of her leaving. Anyway, thanks god that this trouble maker will be gone for good, although a managerial post but she gain no respect from all subordinate at all. Summary for this XXX = talk, talk, talk and talk big but action = zero.
