maid issue....

Before i got myself an Indonesian maid in July 07, i was always wondering if engaging a domestic worker can really help to relieve me in my house chores and also taking care of my son during the weekend. (weekday nanny is my mom) Six months down the road i do feel more relief in house work like at least i get more sleep on the weekends and do not have to worry about the dirty laundry, windows, flooring, toilet and blah blah blah..... but the case is different when we come to baby care. My son doesn't like to be put to bed by her, changing of clothing and diapers also seems to be a chore. Recently, i noticed that my baby will always scream and cry whenever the maid change for him. Yesterday, i ask him: kaka got beat u or not? u guess wat????? my son keep pulling both his ear seems to be telling me that kaka has been pulling his ear. My heart bleed and i almost fainted when he replied me in such manner. I do not have concrete evidence on this issue but i believed that my son understand my question and are not telling lies because, other than this i also posted a few questions affilated like; did granny beat u? he shake his head ; did daddy beat u? he shake his head ; did gong gong beat u? he shake his head too.. Until my last question: did kaka beat u? then he start to pull both his ear. At that moment, i feel like going over to the maid's room and give her a tight slap. But i try to control my emotion and monitor her for another 1 or 2 days before i decide how to deal with her. This morning while we are waiting for my hubby to fetch the car down from the carpark, she came up to me saying: mom when do u wanna send me back to the agent? haa..... I replied her no problem, i will call up the agent and arrange ASAP! My next issue now is should i get myself another maid??? I am still grinning for an answer......
